Introduction
Green logistics and supply chain or GLSCM in short is made to combine the environment awareness into the operation and logistics system. GLSCM sometimes are seen to be a green sourcing tool between retailer and buyer. However, GLSCM, especially nowadays, are developed into a concept of close-loop supply chain and this chain are defined as an indefinitely cycle which products and materials are consumed, recycle and managed from the internal and external systems (Zhu, 2008). Businesses in this generation are through a constantly change world. The environments issues motivate firms and researchers to invent the technologies and study research to improve the obstacles. For example, the electricity in Taiwan is mostly created by terminal power plant and the CO2 emission are generated after burning the coal that is the main consequence harmful to the environment. By increasing the awareness of environment, Taiwan government seriously notices the problem and set the policy to encourage related industries to replace the terminal power plant for generating the electricity. Renewable energy is the outcome under this issue. As the renewable energy technologies getting mature, the cost will reduce as pubic can be acceptance.
