N.B.: 1. In the event of SC, ST, BC and PH candidates not coming up for selection with the existing minimum marks prescribed for selection in the Competitive Examination conducted by the Commission, their selection should be considered on the basis of the Rank with reference to their performance in the Written Competitive Examination irrespective of the marks secured. 2. The Question papers will be in the three languages i.e., English, Telugu and Urdu.

Paper-II: CONTEMPORARY PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL SOCIETY WITH SPECIAL REFFERENCE TO ANDHRA PRADESH: 1. Problems of Rural Health and Sanitation – Village Development. 2. Social tensions and conflicts in contemporary society – Problems of deprived groups – Problems of multi-lingual society – Problems of unemployment in India – Student unrest. 3. Indian System of democracy – Democratic Institutions. 4. General Science including Scientific development relevant to rural areas, Panchayati Raj Cooperative Institutions in the service of rural areas, their role, their effectiveness and Cooperative movement in India with special reference to A.P. and Labour Saving devices.
