I completed an assessment of the positive and negative effects of burying seagrass as a form of removing it from the beach. I also helped others to provide information about their option in great detail and improve the presentation of their work. In my opinion, my contribution to the group was important as I organised the group and ensured that they could reach the deadline. When the group was under an immense amount of stress to submit work, I collected their printing and encouraged them to keep working to create a quality final product. My role as the leader could have been improved by monitoring the progress of each member from the very beginning as we later encountered issues with people not completing work. From this experience, I have learnt that it is crucial to be organised and that I like to take charge of a situation if this is lacking. Although it is more difficult to organise multiple people in comparison with a singular individual, I enjoyed working with others significantly more than completing tasks
