BASIC TYPING RULES 1. For every comma, hit spacebar once; for every period, hit spacebar twice. 2. Indent beginning of every paragraph, hit tab once. 3. Spacing between major and sub-title, 3 single spaces. 4. Use Times New Roman, Size 12, black ink, short bond paper. Margins: Top-1”, Bottom-1”, Right-1”, Left-1.5”, double-spaced. 5. 6 spaces for the indention of the first sentence of the paragraph. 6. For Chapter No., Notes No., use Roman Numeral, ex. CHAPTER IV 7. New page for every Chapter.

BASIC WRITING RECOMMENDATION 1. Good writing is simple, clear, objective, and understandable. Avoid using high-sounding and impressive words. From: Higher order abstractions can be resolved into componential symbols which can then be enthusiastically made subjective to the investigative processes.
