through a different type of organization. The National Wildlife Federation is a well-known source for the wildlife environment. However, they failed in one thing for me and that’s speaking from their actions in taking care of these animals.
The Author(S) provided immaculate evidence, however, it was as if they were speaking in a third person view.
For me personally, I would have like to become educated statistically about the endangerment of the wildlife, and what they are planning to do. As a matter of fact, the article states that,” more than 21 different species of dolphins and whales quantifiable injuries. “Also, it states that the dolphin population is expected to decline by half.” (Wildlife 2016) Well as a reader, I would like to know what procedures are being done to provide the safeness to the habitants of the oceans. Seeing the statistics what measurements are being done. Furthermore, even though they speak of the endangerment of the wildlife, they have also failed in recognizing the steps that BP has in notation to help. By not mentioning this information as well, is further proof is they want volunteers to help with the aftermath of the oil spill. This could be jobs that could help people that have been struggling to find work. Trust me, I am not a big fan of BP but something like this would have been nice to known along with the statistics of the animals. In addition to BP, I would have like to know how many people are volunteered to the oil spill disaster.
In conclusion, the oil spill has affected not only the ocean, but the eco -system as well. Don’t get me wrong I have a strong passion for all animals. However, sometimes a reader must have passion inside the words of what they write. I feel that you shouldn’t want to manipulate your readers into volunteering; or even misleading them by leaving out some of the information such as funding. By going out and personalizing the information would have been an asset to the article. It would have been captivating to an audience, it would have provided scientific information, and the heart of someone loving what they
