I. PROJECT IDENTIFICATION A. Name of the Business: GWATIPOMA Hog Fattening Enterprises B. Name of the Proponent: JONEL N. SOLANO C. Project Location: BRGY SUA CAMALIG, ALBAY D. Project Duration: 3 1/2 months per cycle of Production 1st Cycle: October 10 – January 22, 2010 2nd Cycle: January 30 – May 14, 2010 E. Business Objectives: The general objective of the enterprises development is to provide the trainee with the opportunity to experience the actual establishment and management of a hog fattening enterprise and develop the managerial and entrepreneurial skills and traits. The specific objectives of the enterprises development project are as follows: 1. To carry out the responsibilities and functions of a manager during the entire operation of the hog fattening enterprise; 2. To provide employment for those people who are unemployed. 3. To attain 85 kilograms live weight per hog within 3 ½ months of operation; 4. To generate a Returns on Investment (ROI) of at least 17.31% for every cycle of operation; and 5. To become the number one producer of hog fattening in the Province of Albay.

II. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT The project will be named “GWATIPOMA Hog Fattening Enterprise”. Six (6) heads of large white breed of fattened hogs would be procured for each cycle of operation. Each fattened hogs will weigh 85 kilograms at disposal time. The fattened hogs will be sold on cash basis. The buyer will pick up
