• You are to watch the movie “12 Angry Men” featuring Henry
Fonda (a black & white movie filmed in 1950s) in your groups.
• Submit a reflections on Negotiations from the movie:
– How would you frame the legal situation as a matter of negotiation?
– Who would you identify as the leader at the start of the movie and why? – Juror #8 was outnumbered during this phase, what is his main source of negotiating power?
– Identify three key interests (from different jurors) that you think came into play during the deliberations.
• Maximum one page or 488 words.
