Throughout the last decades Halloween has been traced back since two thousand years ago to the ancient times in Europe when the Celtic people celebrated the beginning of winter on the evening of October thirty-first. The Celtic people believed that death was strongly linked to the long and bitter winter. They thought that during the winter the dead and the living existed simultaneously. In the 1800s the Christians began to gain authority and the history of Halloween was forever changed. Christian’s belief slightly altered the holiday into a church related celebration honoring the deceased on October thirty-first. Not unlike the Celtic tradition though, the Christians also too honored the dead on the evening of October thirty-first and soon became known as All-Hallows Eve and eventually changed to Halloween. Since Halloween came to the United States in the 1850s it has been in change since two thousand years ago, but one thing will remain the same, its tradition will never be forgotten.

Later on that morning one of my brothers named Juan started screaming, today is the day of October thirty-first which means today is Halloween and we are getting are costumes today, because mom told Christian she going to take us to the costume store. Not known my mother never bought the costumes for Halloween. So that morning my mom decided to take us to costume store, which takes ten minutes to get there. Once we arrived at the costume store, all of my brothers decided to go look around for costumes. Instead of me looking for a costumes I decided to go ask my mom couple of questions about Halloween, why did she brought us to the costume store. So eventually I walk up to my mom. Started to ask the question
