Someone evil leads you to an unfamiliar, personal reasons bring you back home, and the same evil person that abandoned you again after a frustrated plan failed. An omen leads them astray, personal resources helps you survive, and to achieve a great victory which is killing the wicked witch. The insight helps Hansel and Gretel return home wealthier materially and experientially. The characteristics incorporated in the story are ambiguity and simplicity. The bread and sweets attracted them to the house, and led them to an evil person, and threatening situation. The danger Hansel and Gretel faced help them develop resources that will help the defeat the evil threat. The lesson in the story would will confronted with anything attractive; don’t shy away from any setbacks like frustration, conflict, pain, or terrible situations. The most evil situation can be faced courageously and skillfully, and could later lead to good. In the story ambiguity is solved by noticing the positive attribute within a negative situation. Hansel and Gretel return, and they are grown up and will help their poor father. They will help him with jewels they found in the witch house. The family is rich and happy now, because Hansel and Gretel have learned how to be brave, and be mature people. In the story, Hansel and Gretel, were consciously represented as being innocent, because from the beginning to the end there are signs of white animals helping them even after Gretel kills the witch. The wicked witch could also be a psychological image of someone who is evil and unintelligent, because she didn’t think Gretel was going to push her in the oven, and she stood in front of it like a dummy. The witch could also be on the same level of Hansel and Gretel because they both had to suffer
