Happy Works Daycare Center will open in Clarksburg WV as planned. The daycare provides childcare for parents who work. We provide care for children six months to six years. We will provide a classroom like atmosphere, according to the age of the child. Happy works mission is to provide the highest quality childcare safely and to provide programs for each child according to his or her are at a competitive price.

Strengths give a company a competitive edge by using the company’s resources to meet the needs of the company. Strength is the potential for funding by state, local, and federal funding. The company can develop a program for the children which will also helped the community and improve the lives of the children.
Weaknesses forces put a company at a disadvantage this limits the company ability to fulfill the customers need’s (2009 Pearce & Robinson). With the cost of starting and running a daycare are high. One must find a building with a kitchen along with several rooms for classrooms. Then there is the cost of utilities and food he or she must pay for supplies that are needed to run the center along with cost of maintenance.

WV has to abide by title 78 legislation by the department of health and human services. They are three types type one is fewer than 30 students, type two is 31 to 60 students and there is Type three that has 60 or more students.
Core values are an important part of strategic planning this starts with the mission statement that is to provide the highest quality childcare safely and to provide learning programs for each child according to his or her age. Vision statement is the company will earn customers will come in confidence and will trust in the company services by keeping the commitment that they made. Core values that we are responsible to our customers, always honest and professional. We strive to take things to the next level.
