1. The Critical Path with no slack time is A-B-D-E-F-G-O. The project would take a total of 34 weeks ending at activity O.
2. The Activities with slack time of 8 weeks or more are C, K, L, M, N, Q, R, V, W, Y, and Z.
3. 5 challenges are project manager could potentially face:
1) Being overrun with too many people trying to enter or sneak into the venue.
2) Sudden rise in prices for multiple activities for example sponsors, contracts, etc.
3) Having enough security for crowd control.
4) Late arriving problems such as employee dropouts or cancelled contracts.
5) Having constant communication with all employees in charge of certain sites.
4. A work breakdown structure is useful in organizing and planning event coordination. It allows you to put activities in order of importance and shows what is needed for each task.
