Summary

This report is going to talk about the business organization structure of Kweichow Moutai Company. It introduced the background of the company at first, and then, it showed the organization structure of Moutai and analyzed which kind of structure does it belongs to, as well as how does it benefit the company. Meanwhile, the key point of this report is structure analysis and design; therefore, it talked about the strengths and weaknesses of Moutai’s structure by analysis of the business performance, new marketing strategy and the Six Key Elements. Furthermore, there are some suggestions are also be advanced in the end of this report.
