a. Marriage between two person of the same biological sex or gender identity. b. The practice of marriage between two males or two females. c. State issues marriage licenses to same sex couples.
II. Reasons Same Sex Marriage.
a. Denying them is a violation of religious freedom and minority discrimination 1. All major religions consider homosexuality a sin 2. First Amendment of the Constitution clearly states that a person's religious views or lack thereof must be protected 3. Majority should rule, but the rights of minorities should be protected. 4. Marriage by the state is a secular activity; the government cannot start making laws just because a religion says they should b. Homosexuality is an accepted lifestyle nowadays with most evidence proving biological causation
1. An overwhelming amount of research has been done showing that homosexuality has a biological causation; not a genetic one, but a biological one. 2. Secondary sexual characteristics resemble the opposite sex. 3. Homosexual males often have softer voices. Lesbians may have strong cheekbones and a more masculine body shape. It's all affected by those hormone switches.
c. It provides equal rights and freedom to love each other. d. Increase amount of children successfully adopted.

Many people say that it’s time to face the modern reality that there’re living among with us and whether you like it or not we must accept their existence and presence in this world and giving them a freedom to choose and to be happy
