INTRODUCTION: Internet is a main thing which connects a computer to another computer all over the world by routes and servers. It helps people to share and receive all type material including five multimedia elements such as text, graphics, video, audio and animation. Many organizations depend on internet all over the world because it’s connecting to everywhere at any time. The Internet has become an essential business platform for trading, distributing and selling products between organizations, among organizations and consumers, and even between consumers. These internet helps the organization to promote and sale their products to the customer. Customer also get benefit from it where can save time, energy and also money as the e-commerce operate 24/7, 365 day in a year.
ASPECTS RELATING TO E-COMMERCE OF GCS :
The Golden Screen Cinema (GSC) is considered as partial E-commerce. The partial e-commerce means the reactive response of existing companies who have done business through the physical distribution channels. Through both cinemas observation, they are using the partial E-commerce because of three dimensions which are physical product, partial business process and physical delivery agent. Firstly, the both cinemas offers physical product such as movie ticket. In order to watch a movie in Cinema we need to buy the particular movie ticket and show to operator. However, without the movie ticket provided by Cinema, the customer didn’t have right and authority to enter into the cinema halls. Secondly, GSC is calculated as partial business process. Nowadays, consumers can reserve or book their movie tickets through online and purchase movie tickets in credit, because to make their life easier. Then, the consumers can simply obtain the movie tickets that they desired through the particular cinema website. It will change around RM 1.00 per ticket for each successful transaction. When the customer make a payment the total charge will show on the
