I will provide them with a constant level of standard that will help them aspire to achieve their goals, with praise and rewards given when due. Help will also be given to students to find creative ways to assist them in helping them to improve their learning skills and grades.

I will be passionate, positive and enthusiastic about my work with my students to create an optimistic and encouraging learning environment. Investing time into getting to know the students is important in developing a greater relationship with them, which will reflect in their excellent attitudes towards the subject that is being taught and also on their attitudes towards one another in and outside the classroom.

Professionalism uses a variety of teaching strategies that encourages students to work and learn together while also developing respect for one another and furthermore towards the teacher. Teachers and their schooling methods are by far the most profound influence on their students and have the most positive and powerful effects on the learner.
