16 November , 2015 Hate Is a Strong Word Hate is a strong word, and in this case it is used correctly. The KKK is one of the most popular hate groups. They are a racist “ group” that has been known for believe in “ white supremacy”. It was started by a few confederate soldiers after the Civil War. The Ku Klux Klan is filled with hate, but why? They are so many things people don't know about the Klan. The KKK was founded by some confederate soldiers after the Civil War. In 1886, Pulaski Tennessee. They believed in white supremacy, that means that they think white people are more important or superior to other races. They allowed white people
into the Klan, but to be accepted into the Klan you had to believe a certain set of rules. Their rules are very strict, and if you don't follow them you are kicked out (History.com). It seems that a group such as the KKK wouldn't have very many rules, but the rules of the KKK are extreme. They won't let homosexuals or atheists in the Klan. They mainly have those rules set because they believe their “christian”. You have to be protestant. You also can't have a criminal background ( no probation or parole) (Daryeni Danesh). As it seems to us, the KKK hates, but they don't think that they hate. They believe they are doing the right thing. They think they have religion and they think they are following it. That gives some explanation to why the hate. The KKK hates so many people, it is hard to pinpoint exactly everything they hate.
The Ku Klux Klan is a very strange, and hateful group in most people's opinion, but to some everything makes sense . Although some believe that what they are doing is correct. The KKK a christian group full of love, or a evil group filled with hate?
