Another victim of a robot was a maintenance engineer, Kenji Urada. At a Kawasaki plant, Kenji got pushed into a grinding machine when he was trying to fix a broken robot. Another incident is the an attack on a Swedish factory worker by a robot. In Bålsta, a factory worker approached a robot that was used to pick up rocks. Right at that time, the robot grabbed the victim's head and almost cost him his life. These incidents made the world aware of the lethalness of a robot and how just one maintenance problem could end a person’s life. In addition, many ethical questions are raised about privacy. the invention of spy drones and insect bots brought up these questions. These robots could be used to spy our own citizens which would lead to a distrust towards the government.
