1) Marie Erten‐Loiseau
Strengths: She has technical strengths such as having education in aeronautical engineering in both Germany and France, which is important and is one of the main components of the job description. The fact that she has worked for Trianon for so long shows how committed she is to the organization and how valuable she will be when it comes to making decisions that reflect the interest of Trianon when starting up a joint venture. She is also very accustomed to the culture, which will be very helpful. She also has great leadership skills, in that she was able to work on two projects that were extremely successful.
