Decision
making

When an organization is trying out a new device or program it is piloted first. Management analyzes and evaluates all of the data to see and decided if it will work for the organization.
Organizing
Organizing decides how you use your resources and to effectively carry out any plans that are in place.
When a plan is already in place within an organization, management ensures that the plan is follow as directed. The will organize each step to make sure it is followed as directed or instructed.
Planning
To identify objectives and then to identify the steps required for accomplishing these objectives.
Objective is to save time for he check in process. A kiosk has been put in place for this. The steps required have been identified and the staff has been instructed. Patients now check in for their appointments via the kiosk and this has saved time for the front desk staff to make appointments for patients checking out.
Original
records
An original record is when an individual creates a transaction and begins a process.
When a patient visits a health care organization for the first time they will need to register. The employee will then create the being of their health record with the facility.
