Learning outcomes There are seven learning outcomes to this unit. The learner will be able to: 1. Know the health and safety policies and procedures of the work setting 2. Be able to recognise risks and hazards in the work setting and during off site visits 3. Know what to do in the event of a non medical incident or emergency 4. Know what to do in the event of a child or young person becoming ill or injured 5.
