As this persons stress tends to be made from school work this person could learn to deal with their work load differently. If they don’t leave the work to the last minute then they won’t have to rush to finish it and this would be less stressful for them. They can also get help if they are worried that they are doing it wrong. Also to help deal with their stress they can take part in activities such as exercise, listening to music or watching TV as they have all been shown to help lower stress levels. If this person improves how they deal with their stress then they will start to feel their health has improved and feel like they have a better quality of life. Their memory functions will also improve and they will have more energy during the day and will be more restful at night meaning they will find it easier to get to sleep and have the recommended hours of sleep that they need which will also help to benefit their lifestyle in a good way. They will also feel less impatient and irritable and will have less anger than they would have had when they didn’t manage their stress; it will also make them able to sleep better which could benefit their lifestyle if they get into a more regular sleeping pattern.
