One there is the Affordable Care Act, with all Americans having access to health care insurance and being able to get the medical care they needs. The percentage of individuals covered has increased and our seeking health care treatment. This has also put a damper on the shortage of health care professionals, which is expected, but not adequately planned for. Increase pressure has been put on the health care professionals and the organizations to treat the additional population seeking medical treatment, but at the same time provide the highest of quality of care, practicing ethically. Secondly, technology is growing rapidly and is extremely costly in every aspect of the health care industry. The older generations struggle with learning new technology based equipment and at the fast rate of growth, not to mention how costly it is. Were as the younger generations have grown up with technology growing at a fast pace and have experienced the increasable costs and how it affects them. Technology is the new evolution in the health care industry and effectives the United States population’s labor force. Third is the cost of health care is rapidly growing at a fast pace.
