Análisis de Caso:

Evalúa la estrategia actual de Health Care Office Solutions, Inc. (HCOS). Concentrándose en su mercado principal oficinas médicas, de tamaño mediano.

Introducción:

La compañía Health Care Office Solutions, Inc. conocida como HCOS fue fundada por John Marston actual CEO, quien se inicio en la industria bajo la empresa Printing Solution enfocada a la venta de formas impresas. Este reconociendo las necesidades de sus clientes las mayorías oficinas médicas y el potencial de ventas en este mercado. Decide concentrar sus esfuerzos en ventas que faciliten el mantener los documentos de los pacientes, información de seguros y regulaciones gubernamentales, servicios de excelencia que actualmente ofrece HCOS,Inc., quienes son reconocidos el mercado local, regional y nacional.

Evaluación:
La estructura organizacional de HCOS está dirigida a enfocar sus esfuerzos en clientes con necesidades específicas que fueron identificadas por la compañía como las que se mencionaran. La meta de HCOS es diseñar una organización la cual logre dividir y coordinar actividades de manera que el equipo pueda completar su objetivo común, este debe ser alcanzado como grupo en lugar de actuar de forma individual. Es por esto que las actividades deben ser divididas y organizadas de manera que la empresa pueda beneficiarse de la especialización de sus trabajadores. El contar con una estructura organizacional proporciona estabilidad y continuidad a los esfuerzos de venta de la empresa. Es importante mencionar que toda coordinación de nuevas actividades o iniciativas deben ser asignadas a diferentes empleados de la fuerza de venta y diferentes departamentos en la compañía.
