As a healthcare administrator of a skilled nursing facility my responsibilities is to plan, organize, direct, and control the day to day functions of the facility and to maintain the facility's compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

As an administrator in an assisted living facility are; planning, organizing, staffing, directing, marketing, and budgeting.
