Healthy Diet Video Analysis
The video clip discusses what consists of a healthy diet. Today you cannot believe everything that is advertised on television, billboards, or your local grocery store. There is a lot of chaos on what to eat, what is healthy? This video gives you a broad idea of which diet is the best for you. It states that diary is the number one source of calcium but is also the number one source of saturated fat. A plant based diet is a heathier way to eat, it averages 64 more times the antioxidants than animal food. It can lower the outlook of having heart disease, lowering your blood pressure, and reversing diabetes.
