Her ideas resulted in several actions from the CEO and senior management team, which included a review of our current PR and marketing strategy as well as the development and implementation of a formal social media strategy and policy. She developed a compelling case for the use of an enterprise social network within the organisation which we believe will greatly enhance internal collaboration and communication, as well as improve customer relationships, knowledge sharing, and maxizimise product development. As the result of all her efforts a media and communications working group has been created to fully support and implement these projects and objectives.
