Wilson’s credentials also did not add up to the ratings that she had on her file. In detail, she had been through eight employers in a period of eight years, which left red flags as to why she had such a high rate of job changes as well as her college degree’s had been earned after accumulating coursework from five different universities and colleges. Her tardiness is also a contributing factor as to why she took so long to get a full employment status. Furthermore, she had been recently downgraded from having excellent performance to being satisfactory. In a real sense her rate of accomplishments was far below average by judging from the facts on the table. Also, ratings from the supervisor also went forward to make her review much worse. Wilson will be apprehended, because they are doing an act that is against the rules and regulations of the department. They should be informed that in case of any malpractice or underperformance, they will be held as associates in the perpetration of the whole incidence. In this way, Mrs. Wilson will be left with no one to cover for her wrongdoings, thus, she will be solely responsible for the way she acts and performs in the workplace. However, there is a possible downside to this strategy- the employees might be driven by fear of punishment instead of actually trying to do the right thing and end up jeopardizing the department head’s efforts.
