Excellent post. Education is power, and we need to be motivated by either our employers or educational institutions. The burden of education should not remain on employees alone. Educational Institutions should continue to seek for ways in which nursing education could be improved, increase capacity and also graduate qualified nurses in a timely manner, while hospitals and other health care providers have to encourage lifelong learning and offer bonuses for RNs to further their education to baccalaureate degree and higher level
