As a Chairperson of Honda, I will look for following sectors: A) Capital Availability: * After separation I will check the how much capital I have at present, also look at shares. * With that data I will plan out my further views.

B) Brand Identity: * First I will focus on my brand Identity. * I will try to maintain the same stage of our brand where we were with Honda. * For that I will do following ways of publicity. 1. Sponsorships: * Sponsorships to live concerts, with that I will target huge crowd to know about my brand. 2. TV: * Title sponsorship to high TRP shows * Creative advertisement designs in TV 3. Celebrity Endorsement: * In TV advertisement we will tie up with actor/actress which will attract the crowd 4. Social Media: * As social media is huge platform where we can engage people, so I will use Facebook, Twitter and other social sites for Brand Promotions, some contest. * Will also focus on SEO, SEM to spread awareness and product features to the target customers. * Will arrange online campaign to “select your colour and submit us” 5. Print and Outdoor Partners: * Advertisement in news papers * Hording on Highways 6. Offers on Festivals: * We will organise campaign on main festivals like ‘Discounts’ on that day

C) Product specifications: * In our advertisement campaign, I will highlight our product specifications like, style (suitable for any age group),Attractive features * Will keep product range from 30-40 k t 90-95 K * We will highlight that even for low cost we are providing good features in product. * EMI availability * More colour options * First 6 services Free * Good engine power, suspensions, gears etc.

D) Product Distributions: * We will provide service outlets in Main as will as small cities. * Will tie-up with distributors/dealers to reach in Ruler area also. * Tie-up with banks for Loan facility to customer
