Hestia Myths

Hestia was the oldest of the gods of Olympus. She is also Zeus’s sister. She strongly disliked gossip which is why there are hardly any stories told about her. It would be a huge mistake to think she was just another minor god. In some ways, she was one of the most important of all the gods. All of the gods of Olympus all had their own duties. Hermes carried messages while Zeus ruled over everybody and all of the other gods had jobs too. But for a time, no one seemed to know what Hestia was meant to do.
