When you were taking your practicum, what were your strengths, areas of improvement and recommendations for your future practicum experience?

- I learned new cooking skills, handling time pressure, facing true kitchen life and new intrapersonal interaction.

-I need to improve my time management and communication skills.

- Once you given oppurtunity grab it, and learn from the instructions and prepare their emotions.

What are the strengths, areas of improvement and recommendation for your training site so that better Practicum experience is given?
-The equipments are good and very handy in the kitchen. At the same time store properly
-The teamwork, communication and Spirit are always alive and their hospitality to guest.
- The spacious kitchen and dinning halls.
-The innovation of menus.
-The beautiful scenery and lots of activity you can do within the vicinity.

-There are floors that are slippery even though it was dry.
-the presentation or platting of foods to make more attractive.
-The Principle of First in, first out to prevent spoilage.
-have a kitchen tissue near faucet
