Living a healthy lifestyle is the dream of every person but many of us facing the problem of high blood pressure known as silent killer. The research shows that high blood pressure is rapidly increasing and every third person is stuck with disease.
High blood pressure refers to pressure of blood against your artery walls that leads to the heart disease and you need to arrest this silent killer before it strikes you as the research shows that above then 50 percent patients with high blood pressure condition is controlled.
You can also control the condition of the blood pressure with these simple tips of diet as diet matters a lot for remedy of any disease.

The recent research shows that usage of avocado towards your diet is beneficial for the high blood pressure, obesity and diabetes.

A healthy blood pressure reading is lower than 120/80mmHg and pre-hypertension is between 120/80mm Hg and 139/89mmHg. High blood pressure raises your risk for heart disease and stroke and is one of leading causes of death in the United States.
