In Chicago Hillary Clinton was born on October 26, 1947. She got her law degree at Yale University, and Hillary met Bill Clinton there, and later married him in 1975. She was first lady from 1993 to 2001. She was then a New York senator from 2001 to 2009. In 2007 Hillary started her campaign to run for president, and then dropped out of the race. After winning the election, President Obama appointed Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. She was secretary from 2009 to 2013. More specifically, the tax cuts will be thirty-five percent to fifteen percent for businesses. Low income families will receive large tax cuts, while high income families will receive very small tax cuts(Trump).

Hillary has also said she will stand up to Putin, and “deter Russian aggression in Europe. Through talking about our military statistic shrinking, Trump said he will work to bring more soldiers into the military. His motive comes from the number of soldiers in the military going down. Donald Trump also wants to add more ships to our navy, because the amount of ships we have is below the minimum the navy needs to execute their missions. The same is for planes, Trump wants to update the airforce technology. One last part of Trump’s plan is to fight ISIS, and ensure there is not a power vacuum in the Middle East(PBS).

Hillary will end the “three and 10 years bars” to prevent dilemma in families with different citizenship statuses. Clinton will “defend Obama’s executive actions”. President Obama has protected immigrants, and Hillary will protect his actions. Trump will enforce the immigration laws at the border and in businesses, which have not been enforced in the past years. A very controversial topic- the wall is another project Donald Trump will start. This will be a wall that covers the Mexican- American border. Trump will “send criminal aliens home”. He will accept people who embrace our way of life in America, and keep out those who don’t follow laws(Donald Trump).
The cons of Hillary Clinton are that she is a politician. Hillary has been involved in a few different scandals including deleted emails, and the Benghazi embassy. Clinton has been shady at times about her deleted emails, and many sources has said she has changed the story about the emails. In 2012 the US embassy in Benghazi was attacked by terrorists, and American citizens were murdered. Clinton was in command of the troops who would rescue the embassy. Clinton made a bad call and did not intervene with the terrorists, this call is frowned upon by the American people(Yahoo.com).
The cons of Donald Trump are that he doesn’t shut his mouth. Donald Trump has said many controversial things about different people and objects. Many things Donald says contradict other things he says. He has said offensive words against women, and different races of people. Just recently a recording came out about Donald Trump saying degrading comments about women. He has apologized, but he has lost support in the republican party. Donald Trump also wants to spend money on more military, and the wall, while cutting taxes. He will have to pull the money out of somewhere. Speaking of money, his tax reports show he hasn’t paid taxes in a long time(Various sources).

Hillary Clinton has policies that make sense for the American people, they just need to be put to the test. Clinton does not say offensive things for the most part, and she is a kind lady. The pros of Donald Trump are that he isn’t fake. There isn’t much that Donald Trump tries to hide. He is a real person who doesn’t act fake. Donald Trump wants to improve the economy, and better the American people. Donald has made it the presidential ballot without any prior government involvement. People are tired of the same politicians, and that is why they want Donald Trump. And his motto is great “make America great again!”(Various sources).
In the end I’m fine with either candidate. I have acted like, and sometimes I have joked about wanting Donald Trump to win. Either way both candidates aren’t great, but they can’t ruin the country single handedly.
