Their approach was to skip the intermediate level of influences and go directly to consumers. In this case, it works to sell Raja condoms directly to the market since it’s more like a one-time use consumer products. However, it’ll be difficult for Maya to build up the brand image since customers perceived Maya as a drug, which will bring more concerns when people try to buy oral contraceptives. Hence, it still needs recommendations from doctors to convey the effectiveness and proper information about the drug.…

I think the company should consider franchising instead of organic growth. The most valid reason in my opinion being that they can achieve significant growth without having to invest a lot of personal capital. The journey of organic growth, in the long run could lead to exponential success, but from starting with one store, all capital (and profits from sale) will be tied into slow, methodic expansion. By franchising, they have the opportunity to expand the business at the expense of the franchisee’s interests and capital.…

I’m pretty sure that most of us would agree that the first moment in our lives in which start exploring the outside world, is when we start going to school. Schools are our children’s first contact with society, and it makes sense that their firsts doubts, insecurities, and problems are in their totality related to the school environment that not only teachers but also students create for each individual. Problems like bullying or abuse of power have been criticized for decades in newspapers, internet, television, and literature is not the exception. We clearly see an example of this in the poems “Barbie Doll” and “Zimmer in grade school” by Marge Pierce and Paul Zimmer…

There are five barrier methods of contraception: male condoms, female condoms, diaphragm, sponge, and cervical cap. In each instance, the method works by keeping the sperm and egg apart. Usually, these methods have only minor side effects. The main possible side effect is an allergic reaction either to the material of the barrier or the spermicides that should be used with them. Using the methods correctly for each and every sexual intercourse gives the best protection. For many people, the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), which leads to AIDS, is a factor in choosing a contraceptive. Only one form of birth control currently available--the latex condom, worn by the man--is considered highly effective in helping protect against HIV and other STDs.…

The Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10354), informally known as the Reproductive Health Law, is a law in the Philippines which guarantees universal access to methods of contraception, fertility control, sexual education, and maternal care. While there is general agreement about its provisions on maternal and child health, there is great debate on its key proposal that the Philippine government and the private sector will fund and undertake widespread distribution of family planning devices such as condoms, birth (BCPs) and IUDs, as the government continues to disseminate information on their use through all health care centers…
