I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all who gave me support collectively and individually during the search for the information about the administrative history of the ministry and also give sincere thanks to my Ministry of Youth Sport and Culture for having granted me the opportunity to further my studies to acquire more skills and knowledge. I thank god for blessing my lectures and fellow students for making this module a success, otherwise without their support I would not have made it through with this module.

METHODLOGY
The researcher consulted the Ministry of Youth Sport and Culture on the 26 April 2012 to search for information about the background of the ministry. The researcher used the website of the ministry through the internet and policy files. The researcher also used the Ministry of Home Affairs website.

ADMINISTRATION HISTORY
INTRODUCTION
The Administration History is the structure and functioning of government, the interaction between society and government and the ideas about government in society.
IMPORTANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY
Ellis J. (1993:255) the administrative history gives brief highlights of the individual’s career and life or the organisation’s

    Some parents really see the benefit of youth sports but others are major critics and want to see its downfall. 30 million youth have been treated to hospitals overall due to organized sports accidents. Surprisingly, this past year 3.5 million youth have went to the hospital due to organized sports related injuries with 25% of these being considered serious (Sports Injury Statistics).
