The most effective way for institutions to respond to dissent and difference of opinions is to let the students know these differences openly and to raise them in accordance with the good religious values. The first thing that each institution must do is introducing the students to those differences no matter how many are they or how significant they can be. By doing this the students will widen their knowledge of the world knowing the various types of people, languages and areas which will be their first step to thinking more considerately that leads to getting out of the box and chains that tie them within their one monotonous societies. Adding to this, it is not enough for tutors and educators to introduce these differences to their students, but also making them know why these differences exist coming back to history and hence the importance of history comes to prove itself because people cannot develop unless they know their historical backgrounds. Moreover, the cultural differences in terms of the moral behavior must be well interpreted to young people because what often at first appears as a difference in moral principles is not so in fact. It is rather a difference in how the same principle is applied in the context of a different set of beliefs. In fact, the Mongols did very well in embracing diversity because they used to accept all people from different areas and backgrounds and they were tolerant of different religions, and this resulted when their multi-aspects culture began to flourish depending on the principle of “we are different, but equal”. Furthermore, the religious upbringing is another impactful way of responding to the differences because basically ethics and moral values are what religion is all about no matter what religion you embrace or what do you worship.
