"The goal is not to be successful, it is to be valuable. Once you are valuable, instead of chasing successful, it will attract itself to you." This inspiring quote has always been my motto. Life is full of difficulties and we always encounter frustration, through living, people dig out their goal in life and set up their own values. I am glad that I have been given many great chances to find my value during my school life.

Health Management And Social Care (HMSC) has been a subject that has greatly influenced me both personally and academically. HMSC included many theories by individuals as well as community, social, national which is interlocked with everyone. It provides a learning environment for us to understand the concept of health and health-related move to establish a positive attitude to resolve the society's problems
I took photos and paid attention to every single thing happening in the community, I found so many heartwarming scenes that I did not discover before, the simple interest of snapping a shot of these scenes gives me a sense of satisfaction. In addition, The experiences have increased my community attachment, widened my horizons and exerted a positive impact on my personal growth.

I also joined a study tour to Australia during the summer holidays. It certainly broadened my horizons. I spent around three weeks with my host family, which gave me an insight into the lifestyles of Australian. The reason why I went to Australia was to strengthen myself, be accustomed to and confident in communicating in English rather than just treat it as a sightseeing trip. In the three weeks, my spoken English become more fluent and the listening ability did improve. Furthermore, I took advantages from this wonderful tour to acquaint with the culture and learn to be independent and to take good care of
