Event 1
The one presentation method could be audiotapes, which is such a convenient and effective way when audience enjoy their tour in museum, villages and rural communities. Storage of data on tape left by their ancestors will help audience obtain further information and deepen the audience's understanding of their ancestors. Meanwhile, audiotapes also take into account those audiences with visual problems. The benefits of this presentation method include audiotape is portable and inexpensive. When the audience being in villages or rural communities, audiotapes’ context will give them a deeper look into the era of presentation topic. However, it may require wide various sizes of tape machines and cassettes, and those materials associated with the tour should be prepared in advance. Audiotapes require additional safety store environment, such as store in a fire-proof safe, damp and dark places.

Taking into account the place where they live nearby a conference room available, PowerPoint could be the most appropriate presentation method. The purpose of the presentation is to answer questions and provide details of their ancestors’ life. A conference room would provide their most appropriate venue, which have a wide range of required equipment, such as computer, liquid crystal display, and overhead projector or viewed on the web. The benefits of this presentation method include PowerPoint are portable and have a wide range of presentations available. Using PowerPoint as a presentation method allows the presenter easily to change the presentation to suit a different audience. However, it may be costly to produce personal slides. Presenter may have to collect massive materials to produce satisfied PowerPoint. Meanwhile, presenter has to consider equipment’s compatibility issues and take presentation materials on a disk in addition to on hard drive.
