How to make a homemade round tortilla
As a child of a Spanish family we have always made a tortilla as our bread at any meal from the first settlers of New Mexico (first known as New Spain) until now in 2018. Now in 2018 the homemade tortillas are starting to become lost because of mass produce by tortilla company and many people not learning how to make tortilla, but store bought does not taste the same as homemade. This is from experience of eating several homemade tortillas and watching my mother make tortillas them for years. from my family all the way to my grandmother to myself, making tortillas is a tradition.  You keep doing this until you feel the dough get strong enough to hold a form.
 Now wash your hand of any dough that stuck to your hands.
Now you have proceeded to make a successful how to make tortilla dough also known as your masa.
Connections to learning theory this first lessons we are practicing a direct instruction Theory based on supplying all the information that is needed in a set of instruction. Also, in this lesson a touch of generated learning is being developed in order to get a better understanding of what they believe the dough should be like. They must use problem solving theory to fix any issues they may run in to. Meaningful learning by having the students making the dough into a mushroom top connection to what they are ready know.
Lesson 2. Make dough balls. This next lesson is a easy one.
Step 1. Right size tortillas
 With the dough you just made you pull pieces of the dough to make balls.
 I personally do a three-finger grab with my index finger to my middle finger and thumb which I believe is the prefect size of tortillas.
