I believe that housing issues should be tackled through planning and supply. We need to provide more public housing and assist low-income groups to secure flats." So, Land supply and re-planning is two solutions to solve the housing problem.
For Land Supply, there were two ways to solve that problem, Reclamation and redevelopment, to provide enough housing.
For planning to assist low-income groups, government should provide and build up more public house and re-design the rule and requirement of application of public housing, because there were many parties who living in poor quality place, or do not meet the minimum residence requirement.
Conclusion
In Hong Kong, Housing is major problem in Hong Kong, However, Where will the land for all this? Reclamation and redevelopment. It's a wide of solutions, and it could be effective in providing new living space. On the other way, if there were enough land supply more housing, government also need to re-planning the rule and requirement of public housing, to assist and ensure that low-income groups not live in poor
