hospitality
Hospitality is the relationship between the guest and the host, or the act or practice of being hospitable. This includes the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. Hospitality may also refer to good caring. By metonymy the Latin word 'Hospital' means a guest-chamber, guest's lodging, and an inn. Hospes is thus the root for the English words host (where the p was dropped for convenience of pronunciation) hospitality, hospice, hostel and hotel.
In India hospitality is based on the principle Atithi Devo Bhava, meaning "the guest is God". This principle is shown in a number of stories where a guest is literally a god who rewards the provider of hospitality. From this stems the Indian approach of graciousness towards guests at home, and in all social situations.
Three Main Objectives of Hospitality:
Make the guest feel welcomed.
Make sure things (products & services) work for the guest.
Make sure the operation continues to provide service and make a profit.

We arrived in Los Angeles, California. The hotel we stayed in was one of the best hotels I've ever been in. This hotel was so big and fancy, and the weight room that was there was bigger than the fitness center back home. This hotel also had two pools. The outdoor pool looked really beautiful, because it had a giant water fall leading into the pool, but it was closed down while we were was staying there, so I just used the normal everyday hotel pool, which was indoors. It was very incredible to see something like this on how beautiful a single hotel could be, and look.…

As soon as we arrived at the center of the province, we firstly sought for the accommodation. We decided to stay in a hotel which was not far away from Bou Sraa water fall. Fortunately, we had chosen the right hotel; the fee was not really expensive comparing to the other hotels around there. Also, the services they provided were satisfied and acceptable. They were friendly and helpful to us while we were staying. We feel comfortable and secured. In addition to the accommodation, there was the restaurant inside the hotel, so that we did not need to go out for meal sometimes. They served not only Khmer food, but also the Asian and European food and the other most special one for us was the local food. They all tasted very good that make me want to go there again.…
