Introduction
Many studies that reflect the importance of coping to environmental stress because without coping to it we can’t deal of any thing around us, every day all of people exposed to stress regardless its severity.
Coping as a term has many definitions, according to this article will define it as any response to external life strains that serves to prevent, avoid, or control emotional distress (Phyllis, Bertha, Pamela, Esther & Zina, 2011).

In this study the researcher was used a lot of strategy and he put it under the variables were classified by Neuman Model, and he studied the effect of every strategy on the coping according to the result that apply on his sample (45 family members) that showing emotion-focused, problem-focused or no, significance relationships.
The researcher in this study adopted on the variables those components of systems of client which are interrelated, those variables or subsystem of client (person) are Physiological, which refers of the physicochemical structure and function of the body, Psychological, which represents the coping strategies of family and was tested by the family crisis oriented personal evaluation scale (F-COPES) and semi structured interview, Socio-cultural, which represents the social and cultural supports of the family and was tested by the family crisis oriented personal evaluation scale (F-COPES) and semi structured interview, Spiritual, , which represents the use of spirituality as a coping strategy and was tested by the family crisis oriented personal evaluation scale (F-COPES), and Developmental, which represents the family 's relation to the hospitalized mentally ill patient (spouse, parent, sibling, significant other) and was tested by the background data survey (BDS), (Phyllis, Bertha, Pamela,
