Thank you for considering Tower Regency Hotel & Apartments, Ipoh as the venue for your forthcoming function. Further to our telephone conversation / earlier discussion, I am pleased to propose the following arrangements for your kind consideration. Details are as follows:-
Type of Function : Dinner
No. of person : 120 persons
Date and Day : 10 July 2010 ( Saturday)
Venue : Cinnamon Hall Level 6 (Waiting list)
Time : 6.30pm – 10.30mn
Room Set Up : Round table of 10 pax per table 1 x VIP table of 10 pax 1 x White screen 1 x Registration table with (2) chairs at the entrance. 1 x Rostrum with mike with P.A. systems. Standard backdrop and signage.
Function space is reserved for the time indicated. Please advise us in advance should additional set up/ tear down time be required or any program revision be anticipated in order for an appropriate space to be made available. The hotel reserves the right to reassign function space whenever the need may arise.
