Welcome everyone to my presentation! This project is for my module called “Managerial
Skills and Entrepreneurship”. Today I am going to talk about my business proposal which is called “Oasis Spa”.
In this project I am going to present you my business proposal about starting a new business, opening a Spa center and at the same time improve the current business in the hotel where I am currently employed at. I am working as a General Manager at “Hotel
Oasis” a three start hotel in Zemun, suburb of Belgrade with roughly 150.000 citizens.
Hotel Oasis is a family business which my father opened four years ago. My main business idea is to open a special Spa center within the main hotel complex, but it will be open for public as well.

First as you can see I am going to talk about the objectives, a few points on what we will be aiming at while running this new business. The next point will be including the business mission, followed by the main keys for being a successful business. After we will go through the start up summary and talk about the products and services being offered. The next step is to look at the market analysis in total and to pay
Attention to the strategy used and how it is going to be implemented. Finally I am going to present a short conclusion of the total project and a short explanation why wellness will have a big success in Serbia.
OBJECTIVES
• To maintain quality and consistency in all services
• Understand the Spa market and the key factors to plan a successful business
• Become an established community Spa destination by end of the first year
• To provide quality services at affordable prices
