Many mathematicians have become famous for their mathematical contributions. However, not all mathematicians have contributed in the same way. Charles Babbage's contributions to the world of math are unique in its own way. His contributions are unique because his work helped develop the evolution of computers as well as math. Babbage was not only a mathematician, but also an inventor who designed many machines for the advancement of mathematics.
Charles Babbage was born on December 26th 1791, as the son of Benjamin and Elizabeth Babbage. Charles was born in London where his father was a wealthy banker.
