How Did Elon Musk Become A Good Leader
Elon Musk was a leader from the beginning of his quest to pursuing his dreams of successfully launching a spacecraft into space. He showed great leadership and dedication throughout his journey due to the fact that his friends, challenging obstacles, and failures didn’t stop him from pursuing his dreams. Musk was able to make significant changes in his career goals, he was able to gain followers to believe in his dreams. Musk was born with the traits of developing a space station that would have the capacity to fly to mars to produce life on another planet. In order for Musk to successfully fulfill his dreams, he had to build positive relationships with people for assistance. Throughout Musk’s journey, he had to be very courageous. Accepting responsibilities, ability to get out of his comfort zone, also having the mental strength to pursue his dreams no matter what. …show more content…
Musk was a multimillionaire but he believed it would be more profitable to invest most of his money on his dreams instead of using it on other things. His friends thought, investing all his money in this out of range dream was crazy. They thought about ways to discourage his dream, but Musk stuck with it. In the process, Musk went to Russia to purchase a missile and came back empty handed. Musk could not handle rejection, so he decided to build his own rocket. Musk had a common vision which drew him and his family to moving to California, they were drawn by the technology.
