When he was a boy he was a communicant and an altar boy for the church. After, when Hitler was a young man he was confirmed as a “ Soldier of Christ.” One of Hitler’s goals at that time was to become a Priest. Later in life Hitler was moving more and more away from Christianity. Later Hitler was making public attacks on the church for political reasons. Hitler was never excommunicated from the church. Matter of fact the church felt that he was just and “avenging for God” in attacking the Jews because they were the killers of Jesus.
