How Did Hitler Dehumanize The Jews
Did you know that between January 30, 1933 – May 8, 1945, Adolf Hitler got away with murdering over five million Jews? The Holocaust was a destruction or slaughter on a mass scale caused by fire or nuclear war. The Nazis’ were exterminating a religion of people because of Adolf Hitler, the leader of the Nazi party. Hitler and his allies believed Germany’s economy was failing because of the Jews instead of the loss of World War 1. Hitler attempted to exterminate the Jews through mass deportations, mass murders, concentration camps and many other tactics. Another reason for dehumanizing the Jews was because Hitler had this thing called the master race for people who had blue eyes and blonde hair even though Hitler had neither. Hitler wanted all Jews dead so he when the Jews were in concentration camps they were not given a lot of food so they would starve to death. When they were given food they only things they received were stale bread and soup. This was nowhere near enough food for a teenager let alone a full grown man. When the Jews were traveling from camp to camp they would most likely not be given any food. For example, when the men were being transported from their hometown of Sighet to Auschwitz they would be eating the snow just so their bellies would be full. Eating snow would be common for the Jews when they were given food on long train journeys between camps. Another thing that would happen when the Jews were not given is that they would start to fight over it when someone got even the littlest piece of bread. For example when the Jews were leaving Gleiwitz in a roofless cattle car some bystanders would throw bread into the cars to watch the men fight each other for it. They did this because they thought it was amusing how the men would fight each other. Overall by being starved this started to affect the Jews

Adolf Hitler once said, "The Jew is a parasite. Wherever he flourishes, the people will die… Elimination of the Jew from our community is to be regarded as an emergency defense measure." During World War II, Hitler made it his mission to overpower the Jews who had made their homes in Germany and Eastern Europe; he felt he needed revenge on the people who had caused his home country to fall victim during World War I. Because of his desire to make the land free of racial impurities, he often went to drastic measures to ensure that no Jew would make it past his inspection; furthermore, the Holocaust came into existence. Hitler was a man who led a life of sadistic acts that fueled his burning fire for what many would call anti-Semitism.
