How Did King Hrothgar Build Herot
1. Danish King Hrothgar built Herot which is basically a drinking hall where his men can gather to drink, tell stories and relax. This demonstrates that their culture values gathering with each other and spending time together to boast about themselves through stories. A modern day equivalent to Herot is a frat house because it’s a place where people gather to drink and have a good time.
