In the United States all the president has the responsibility and the control of everything, because they're the president of the country and they have to be honsty with the people who live in the United States.

At first the argument started in 1860. Lincoln's term of service until his death in 1865. Hundreds of thousands of people died in the war, and the nation was divided both in politics. Lincoln used various strategies to help the nation survive the war. The civil war that they had was a bloodiest war in the whole world. The war kept going and the argument too.
